Tardy, Cancelation & Refund Policy
Cancelation Policy
Please allow 48 hours (2 days) prior to booking in order to reschedule/cancel or change/add on to the service you are booked for. Visits canceled the same day or day prior (this applies to late arrivals who have to reschedule as well) or no show/no call will be charged 100% of services booked to credit card on file (or deposit on file) due to the inconvenience it causes our artists since these time frames are reserved specifically for you and not giving us enough notice does not allow us to fill that missed appoinment reserved with another client.
Tardy Policy
If you are running fashionably late, it is recommended to reschedule as this will cut into your scheduled time. Exceptions can apply to late arrivals, we understand life and traffic happens, depending on daily bookings and wiggle room we can be accommodating. In this case please notify us immediately if you are running late and we will let you know if it’s best to reschedule. Please do keep in mind same day cancelation policy charges will apply since most of the time we are booked back to back and unfortunately cannot delay other appointments to accommodate late arrivals.
In addition, we have a very thorough disinfection and sterilizing protocol that must be performed in between each client. This procedure takes about 15-20 minutes, therefore we kindly ask that you plan ahead and arrive on time to your booked visit (not early or late please)
REFUNDS
Lash Bar Service Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy for our booked visits, if you wish to cancel your online booking with cancelation policy terms, we reserve amount paid (including gratuity) to your profile as a credit for a future booked service.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In the event you are experiencing an issue with a product you have received, please contact us immediately at hello@craftlashes.com
ADHESIVES:
Please verify adhesives as soon as you receive them to ensure proper function; Extra caps and nozzle pins are provided to release dried glue. Defective or broken product can be returned within five (5) business days of purchase/receipt for an exchange - glue purchases are non-refundable.
TWEEZERS:
All tweezers are thoroughly inspected and tested. Tweezer sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
LASHES & ACCESSORIES:
If you wish to exchange your unused products, you can do so for up to 5 days provided the items are unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Once items are received and inspected, customers will be issued store credit. Craft Lashes is not responsible for covering shipping costs on returns for unused products. All products must be returned in their original mailing box or package. Items returned in other packaging may incur damage. Products which are not returned in original packaging and incur damage in transit will not be issued credit or exchanged.
Craft Lashes is not responsible for delays in shipping incurred by USPS, UPS, DHL or other postal services. We ship our products promptly and lost or stolen items are not eligible for refunds or credits. If you package is lost or stolen, please contact us so that we may assist you with filing a claim with the shipping service which you selected.
In the event that an item is out of stock when an order is placed, a partial refund will be immediately issued for the missing item, and if applicable, the remaining items will be sent out.
Partial fulfillment of an order does not constitute grounds for a complete refund.
